　　在现实生活中，我们都有自己所敬佩的人。有的敬佩老师，有的敬佩军人，我也不例外，但我最敬佩的人还是我的爸爸，有以下两个方面的理由。

　　一是爸爸从我出生开始到现在近十年，一直坚持洗冷水澡，不管春夏秋冬。尤其是冬天，那洗冷水澡的过程让人不得不佩服。首先爸爸会早上在浴室里放满满一盒冰，待冰全部融化后，爸爸在房间里像剥玉米一样把衣服脱的只剩一件，然后一边哆嗦着向浴室走去，一边使劲搓着冻得青紫色的手，接着浴室会传来一阵细碎的“啪啪”声，那是爸爸在脱最后一件衣服；紧接着又会听到有规律的“沙沙”声，那是爸爸在做“跳水”前的全身按摩热身准备；最后会传出一阵“哗哗”的水流声，中间夹杂一两声含糊的“呼哧”的喊叫。让人听到声音不寒而栗。爸爸告诉我，洗冷水澡既可以磨练自己的意志，又可以增强体质，提高身体抵抗能力。所以我看到爸爸无论做什么事，都能不畏艰难，坚持不懈，并且从不生病，连感冒也离他远远的。

　　二是爸爸的厨艺特别好。一般人家里都是妈妈做饭，爸爸主外。但我们家不同，妈妈主外，爸爸则里外全能干，尤其是爸爸炒的菜，色香味俱全，叫你吃上一回回味无穷。记得有一次奶奶有事回了老家，爸爸特意从网上学来三种稀饭的做法，虽然学着第一次尝试做，却好吃得没法形容，那香甜的味道只要一想起来就让我垂涎三尺，我巴不得奶奶几个月不会来，好让我继续吃个过瘾。
