　　Dear Mark,

　　Thank you for the kindness you showed me when I visited your campus last week. I have returned full of enthusiasm for Hill College. Having been raised in the shadow of a large university, I found the close contact between students and faculty at Hill particularly exciting.

　　Your have arranged an interview for me with Dr. Johnson of the Chemistry Department and had a student take me to a soccer game. The well-equipped laboratories and the spirit of the athletes confirmed my belief that I have chosen the right school.

　　If you will be in my area in the coming months, do give me a call. I would enjoy having you come for dinner. Give Ellen our regards.
